Delivery Information

Due to the nature of our stock, delivery costs are calculated on a per product basis.

Depending on the size and weight of the item we can dispatch goods by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, courier or by pallet/haulier.

Please note that if we use a pallet company or a haulier, the delivery date is not guaranteed. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Third party delivery companies will do their best to meet our scheduling requirements, but there may be delays due to staffing, work load, location and access to your property. If you need delivery on a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for heavier items, building materials and furniture.

We can source couriers and are happy to get a delivery price on your behalf. Please be aware these third party individuals or companies do not work for us and the transaction is between you and the courier. Any problems you have with these deliveries should be dealt directly with the couier. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit. 

You can also collect items in person if you wish. Please note that if you arrange your own courier to collect, we will not be liable for any damage caused during transit. Please also be aware that if you arrange your own collection, we are not responsible for the packing of the item. If you wish for us to package the item for collection by your own courier, an additional packing cost will be incurred.

Delivery costs vary throughout the UK based on your postcode. Delivery costs and information can be found on each product page. For products which require a custom delivery price, your order will be processed as 'payment pending'. We will then find you some delivery options, and if you are happy to proceed, we can take final payment over the phone.

We can also ship internationally. Some products can be ordered and processed immediately, but for some international deliveries, our site will notify us with a 'pending payment' order. We will then obtain a price, inform you of the cost and if you are happy to proceed, complete the payment over the phone including delivery charges.

Large items purchased in store or online, which we can deliver locally, will be delivered to the ground floor entrance only. We will not take items upstairs or beyond the hall and please do not ask the delivery person to do so as you may be offended when he/she refuses. 

In the unlikely event of you having any concerns or complaints about our deliveries, these must be raised within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Click & Collect


We do offer the opportunity to collect most of our items sold online if you would prefer to do so. It will just depend on whether stock is available at the time of purchase, as to when you can collect.
