March 18th - Mothering Sunday
Mothering Sunday is rapidly approaching and it's the perfect time to thank the important women in your life...your mum, your wife, your girlfriend or your Granny. No woman can resist the traditional gifts of flowers and a box of chocs, but if you want to give them something a little more thoughtful or unusual, we have a range of products which would fit the bill.
Within the garden section there are various options....bird houses for animal lovers, pots and planters for the avid gardeners, statues of pretty much anything! You could be truly outlandish and install a herd of our cast iron stags for a real statement in the garden. Or a slightly less extravagant option is one of our lovely lucky cast iron cows.
We also have a range of household items which would make lovely gifts. Just in are our 'Sunday Roast' carving boards - carved with the words 'Mum's Sunday Roast' or our 'Bread' Boards. Lovely gifts for foodies! Or what about a wooden trug and then filling it with home-made cupcakes? We've also just had in our 'Somerset Fruit Farms' crates which are lovely gifts either painted in bright colours or filled with those flowers and chocolates!
