Payment and Returns
We accept payments online and over the phone.
Our online payments are processed by SagePay and we currently accept VISA or Mastercard.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Any old, vintage or reclaimed items or furniture - Please be aware that these items are subject to our standard in-house policy i.e. Items are sold as seen and you are kindly requested to examine and consider your purchases very carefully as refunds will not be given. We can offer a credit note or exchange if the item(s) is returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and undamaged. We will not be liable for the return postage or outgoing delivery charge.
If you would like more information about the item before you purchase, please call the office and we will be happy to provide more detail and additional photographs.
For new items, we will offer a refund if the item is returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and undamaged. We will not be liable for the return postage or outgoing delivery charge.
For furniture and our kitchen range, we will offer a refund minus a 25% restocking charge if the item is returned within 14 days. The item must be in the original packaging and undamaged. If the items are returned after the 14 day limit. only a credit or exchange will be offered. We will not be liable for the outgoing or return delivery charges.
If you arrange your own collection for an item, we will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. This will be between you and your courier.
