Payment and Returns
We accept payments online and over the phone.
Our online payments are processed by SagePay and we currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
The majority of our old, vintage or reclaimed items are 'information only' as we feel it is important for you to see the item before you buy. However, where we feel the photographs and description give adequate information, you will be able to purchase online. Please be aware that these items are subject to our standard in-house policy i.e. Items are sold as seen and you are kindly requested to examine and consider your purchases very carefully as refunds will not be given.
For new items, we will offer a refund if the item is returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and undamaged. We will not be liable for the return postage or outgoing delivery charge.
If you arrange your own collection for an item, we will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. This will be between you and your courier.
