Architectural Features

Architectural features could almost define architectural salvage.

Period features reclaimed from buildings destined for land-fill adorn some of the finest new buildings and barn conversions. An element of design (eg: gothic, classical, Arts and Crafts, deco, Art Nouveau, edwardian, etc) is often expressed in an object deemed to be an 'architectural feature'.

Features may include roof finials, windows, doors, iron railings, wrought iron gates, cast iron fireplaces, lighting, stained glass and stone fountains to name but a few.
